Artic Research Print Ad
Proviz was contacted by an advertising agency to produce a "background illustration" for a print ad. The ad was supposed to show a scientist single-handily pulling an ice breaker ship through the ice. The designer at the ad agency gave us a rough sketch and we immediately started production. We were responsible for hiring an actor (to pose as the scientist), the photoshoot, and the virtual production (in 3D) of the ship and icy landscape. We combined photographic elements with the virtual 3D scene to create a photo-realistic composite rendering.
